INTOXICATED MOTORIST.

FINED £lO AND LICENSE SUSPENDED. Frederick George Wallburton, aged 50, was charged before Mr W. G. Riddell, S.M., at Wellington, yesterday, with being found in charge of a motor car while in an intoxicated condition. It was stated that the accused was lined £5 for a similar offence in 1922. The Magistrate: Accused will be lined £lO and his license suspended for six months.
