The High Commissioner's cable, daed the H)lh iust., reads: Aranila market firmer with good demand early this week. “J” grade, JuneAugust and September-November shipments sold up to £4l sellers. At the close the quote was £4O 10s. Sisal market steady and business is fair. No. 1 Tanganyika spot alloat and forward shipments £42; No. 2 not wanted, value £3B to £3O. New Zealand market is steadier. Some small business is reported in High points ailoat at £3O 10s with buyers of early shipments at £3O.
