FOXTON BOROUGH COUNCIL. TOWN HALL LOAN. is hereby given that the Council iiroposes for the purpose of erecting' the Town Hall, Supper Room, etc., lo raise a Special Loan of £O,OOO at a rate of interest not exceeding 0 per per centum per annum, with a Sinking Fund of one per cent, per annum. And for the purpose of providing for (he repayment of the loan and for the payment of interest charges thereon, to appropriate and pledge as security, a Special Rate of one penny in the £ on the-rateable value of all the rateable property in (he Borough of Foxton, such rate to be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and (o be made and levied by resolution of the Council after the said Special Loan has been agreed to by the ratepayers.
