CORRESPONDENCE.

(To The Editor). Sir,—Could you enlighten your readers if the correspondent signing himself “T. AY. Hunt” in your Saturday’s issue is the T. AY. Hunt whose tender for building the Town Hall was over ,£7OO above the accepted contract price? If T. W. Hunt and the writer of the letter is one and the same person would I, sir, lie right in assuming that had Mr. T. AAA Hunt been the successful tenderer lie would not have written the letter? Also it would he interesting to know whether Air. T. AY. Hunt would have favoured the unloading of the Royal Theatre on to the ratepayers in lien of a new Town Hall, Yours etc.
