CAR OVER A CLIFF.

DRIVER SERIOUSLY INJURED. Christchurch, April 21. On Monday a car driven by Frederick Laekner, of Killinchy, crashed over the cliff at Porter’s Pass. The driver was seriously injured and was exposed to the cold all night. He was not found till yesterday morning, when Mr. Blackley, who was passing noticed {lie ear at the bottom of the cliff. Laekner was conveyed to the public hospital in an unconscious condition.! An examination revealed that lie had a fractured pelvis.
