GETS TWO YEARS PROBATION. Wellington, March 5. Frank Crowell Moore, a student, aged 18, was admitted to probation for two years without special condition on a charge of forgery and uttering. The offence was forgery *»f a Savings Bank withdrawal slip, lie copied the name from the bank book, which' name was written by a post office official. He admitted the book was not his but said he had authority to use it, which was untrue. Suppression of the name was refused.
