Notice is hereby given that for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £5,000, authorised to be raised by the Foxton Borough Council under the local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, for the purposes of reconstructing and tar-sealing certain roads and streets in the Borough of Foxton, the said Foxton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of: fifteenth-sixteenths of a penny in the £ on the rateable value of all the rateable property in the Borough of Foxton, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and lie payable annually on the Ist day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten years or until the loan is fully paid off.
