OBITUARY
MiRS. A. S. MOORE, AGED 36 YEARS.
'l’he death took place at Eketahnnn. on Thursday of Mrs A. S. Moore (nee Miss Amy Jenks), after a brief illness, at the age of 36 years. The late Mrs Moore was the only daughter of the late Mr and Mrs F. E. Jenks, of Foxton. Deceased was horn in Foxton and resided here up to the time of her marriage, when she settled with her husband in Eketalmna. For many years Mrs Moore officiated as organist at All Saints’ church and freely gave her services to almost every musical function in the town and district. Possessed of a charming personality, she was a, general favourite in the community. Her • demise al such a comparatively early age, will he deeply regretted, and the sympathy of the public will go out to the bereaved husband, daughter (eight years) and son (6 years) and her three brothers.
The body will he conveyed to Foxton on Sunday and the funeral will leave All Saints’ church for the Foxton cemetery at 2.30 p.m. for interment in the family plot.
