FOX TON BOROUGH COUNCIL. RESULT OF POLL ON PROPOSAL TO RAISE A LOAN. PURSUANT to Section 12 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1913, I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the Borough of Foxtou, taken on Wednesday, the 3rd day of February 1926, on the proposal of the Foxton Borough. Council to borrow the sum °f £5,000 for the purpose of reconstructing and tar-sealing certain roads and streets in the Borough. The number of votes recorded FOR the proposal was 121. The number of votes recorded AGAINST the proposal was 55. I therefore declare that the proposal was carried. M. E. PERREAU, - Mayor. Dated this dth Feb. 1920.
