Sect. 41 of the Local Elections & Polls Act 1908,” that a poll of the ratepayers of the Borough of Foxton on the proposal to raise a Special Loan of £5,000 for the purpose of reconstructing and tar-sealing certain streets and footpaths in the borough, will be taken on the J.HIRD day of February 1926, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., at the Town Hall Supper Room,( Avenue ltoad, Foxton.
