TENNIS
The Palmerston North Tennis Club’s annual tournament commences to-day and continues for three days next week. Very satisfactory entries have been received totalling 375 and being an increase of 60 over any previous record. Local players taking part are Messrs. C. Procter and R, McMurray, Jm\, and Misses P. McMurray and E. Owen, who have entered for both championship and handicap events.
