Among Iliose present were representatives of the Foxton School Commiltee. The concert was abandoned this year and a children’s dance substituted, and the little ones had a real good time. At a suitable juncture the. lights were dimmed and upon being turned up. Father Christmas was seen ’neath the Christmas tree and was greeted with shouts of joy by the children. As each child came forward the hoary old gentleman had something to tell them about their school and home life, and even touched on his knowledge of their parents and grand-parents. Some of the little jots demonstrated their affection for Father Christmas by willingly greeting him with a kiss, much to tlie amusement of the audience.
