“Loving Lies” the screen visualisation of Peter B. Kync’s “Harbour Bar” with ATonte Blue and Evelyn Brent in prominent roles is screening on Tuesday next. It is a. line drama of the sea. ROYAL PICTURES. “One Willy Street,” one of the year’s sensations in the literary field, to lie screened at the Royal theatre to-night, has Ben Lyon and Anna Q. Nilsson in the featured roles. The picture was produced by First National from the novel by Beale Davis. The author has fashioned a tale that, while gripping in its suspense and universal in its theme, yet was particularly adaptable for screening. The plot is a gripping one, and leads to a smashing climax wherein Anna Q. Nilsson rises to further histrionic heights and proves herself once again an actress of unusual power. A splendid Lloyd Hamilton comedy: “Killing Time,” and Jack Dempsey (the champion of the world) in “A Society Knockout.” On Monday will be screened Rex Beach’s famous novel “The Net,” under the title of “Fair Lady.” This is a story laid in the picturesque island of Sicily, when primative passions went untouched by modern civilization. It is a story such as only Rex Beach could write; romantic, interesting, thrilling, and is portrayed by no less than ten leading stars, including Betty Blythe, Hurston Hall, Robert Elliott and Gladys Hulctte. On Wednesday next, Hoot Gibson in "Let Her Buck,” and on Christmas Eve the most wonderful picture ‘‘Quo Vadis?'’
