Ltd., have received the following cable from their Loudon olfice, dated Ist December, l‘J25: — "The auctions continue fairly animated, the demand from the Continent is not as good as at the opening of the sales. The market is Lorn par to 5 per cent, lower than the opening rates. The following prices are current, vis:— Creasy merino, 24ad per lb; scoured merino, 48d per ib; 1/4 breds super, sG's, 20d. to 22d. per lb; line 1/2 breds, 50/50’s, 18d. to 20d. per lb; crossbreds, 48/50’s, ITU. lo 18d. per lb; crossbreds, 40/ 4S"s, 15d Lo lGfd per lb; crossbreds, 44/40's, 15d to lOd per lb} erussbruus 40/44 s, 14d to per lb; crossbreds 30/40’s, 13d. to 14Ad per lb; greasy crossbred locks, 12d to 13d per lb; greasy crossbred bellies, lid to 12d per lb; greasy crossbred locks, Bd. to per lb. _
