BOWLING.
THIRD ROUND OF TRIANGULAR
The third and final round of the Triangular Contest will be played at Levin on Wednesday next.
At the present time the indications are that Levin will again win the trophy this season. However, such competitions are never finally decided until the numbers go up, and it is within the realm of possibility that Foxton or Shannon may have a “field day” and reach the necessary aggregate to wrest the Shield from the present holders. Foxton rinks will be as follows: Downes, Pearson, Huntley, Admore (s). Healey, Bryant, Walker, Woods (s). A meeting of Committee will be held in the Club’s pavilion at 8 p.m. on Monday next. All committeemen are requested to be present.
