REPORT
The High Commissioner’s cable, dated the 7th inst., reads: —Hemp, Manila market dull and easier demand. Better enquiry at close. “J” grade, November-January shipments valued at £4O; JanuaryMarch shipments £4l buyers. New Zealand market dull with nominal value Oetober-December shipments with high-points £39, fair £35 10s.
