Saturday's matches resulted as follows: JUNIOR, Weraroa 6, Shannon 4. AUSTIN BANNER, Otaki 5, Foxton 3. In the Austin Banner contest Otaki journeyed to Foxton on Saturday where they met the local State School fifteen on the racecourse, the visitors, succeeding in defeating the home team by 5 to 3 after a good game. At the conclusion of the match the visitors were entertained at afternoon tea at the school by the local fifteen. A team will be picked from the following to to represent the Foxton 3rd grade fifteen against Kia Toa at the racecourse on Saturday. Kick off at 2.45: —Mathers, Aldridge, Hussey, Mohekey, Wright, Anderson, Wilson, Cunningham, Hartley, Huff (2), Fuller, McDowell; Williams, Stevenson, Ross.
