S.M. COURT.
MONTHLY SITTING. The monthly sitting of the local S.M. Court was held in the Courthouse yesterday, before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M. ILLEGALLY ON LICENSED PREMISES. Makoma, for being illegally on the licensed premises of the Post Office hotel on .July sth was fined .C2 with costs 7/-. ■lames H, Ilowc. charged with being illegally on the licensed premises of the Post Office Hotel on the same date and also on the licensed promises of the .Manawatu Hotel also that day was fined £2 with costs 7 - on cadi charge. W. A. Baker, A. Morgan, •). O’Reilly and .). Driscoll on a similar l-barge of being on the licensed premises of the Family Hotel were lined £2 with costs 7/- curb.
In a civil undefended case .lack Kami was ordered to pay F. A. Mills £2O 3s Id with costs £4 His
