REPORT
The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 15th inst., reads: — .Manila market continues dull; lower value for “J” grade, AugustOctober shipments quoted at £43 at the close. New Zealand quiet in sympathy, with value high points quoted at £3B; fair, sellers, £35 10s, No buyers common. August-Sep-tember shipments sold at £32 10s per ton, at which price thcie me further sellers.
