Foxton came out victors in the match against High School Old Girls yesterday, the score being 3 goals to 2. High School registered the first score, shortly followed by a goal for Foxton scored by W. Walls. This was soon added to in High School’s favour, the at half time being 2 —l. Play was fast in the second half, two further scores being added to in Foxton s favour, the scorers being D. Morgan and E. Patterson. Messrs. Woods and Clarke refereed. After the match the visiting team was entertained to afternoon tea at Perreaus’ ton rooms.
