the eilieiencyof the Brigade if the Board paid a small annual retaining fee to the members of the Brigade. “Rubbish Fires. —As the present Borough by-laws are lacking in fireprevention by-laws, f would respectfully urge that the Board should draw up by-laws governing same. ‘"Thanks. —i desire to convey my sincere thanks to the Chairman, members and Secretary for the support given me in all matters concerning the Brigade, without which the efficiency of the Brigade might have suffered.’’ —Adopted.
