S.M. COURT
MONTHLY SITTING. The monthly sitting of the loeal S.M. Court was held in the Courthouse yesterday before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M. B. J. Walls, arraigned on two charges of cruelty to animals and a charge of failing to bury a earcase on his property pleaded guilty and was iined .C2 and costs oil each of the first two charges ami £1 and costs on the lattei. A similar charge of cruelty to animals against H. Hunt, was adjourned. The ease of failing to destroy rabbits brought against P. E. Baldwin by the Manawatu Rabbit Board was again adjourned.
