THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— Indications are for northerly winds backing by north to west. The prospects are for fair to cloudy weather. Night probably very cold, with frosts inland. Barometer falling tendency. Seas moderate, tides low.
