WEDDING.

COLEY —(IOLDFI XCH. A very pretty wedding was solemnised in tho Palmerston North Presbyterian Church on Wednesday morning, the contracting parties being Mary, youngest daughter of Airs At. E. Goldlinch, Kingswood street. Palmerston North, and Percy. Third son of Aft', ami Mrs. George Coiey, of Foxton. Tho Rev. <!. T. Brown officiated. The I,ride who entered the church on the arm of her brother, made a charming picture in her beautiful bridal robe of ivory chiffon velvet, with overdress of silver lace and trimmings of silver ribbons and seed pearls. Site also wore a tauntifill hand-worked veil of silk, net. caught with a coronet of' orange blossoms, and satin shoes and stockings to tone. Atrs Rail, of Welliugion, attended the bride as iiiation of honour and was gowned in a distinolive frock of mauve ebilVon velvet with panels of gorgette edged with ostrich feather trimmings. Miss Melba Goldfinch, niece of the bride, and Afiss Kailiieon Turner, niece of the bride-

groom, were the bridesmaids, tTin former wearing a frock of pale pink satin austral with trimmings of pearls and draped at the side with pearl ornament', and the latter wearing a frock of almond green satin ntat'oeain with overdress of silver lace and trimmed with silver ribbon. Each of the bridesmaids wore a. cap of silver lace with ribbons to match their frocks. Air C.

The bride’s mother wore ;i smurf navy Blue marocain tailor-made costume and black hat, with white osprey, and the bridegroom's mother a nigger brown tailored costume handsomely braided, and smart brown hat and veil to match. At the conclusion of the ceremony a large number of friends and relatives were the. guests of Ihe bride's mother at a reception, when a short toast list was honoured. A beautiful wedding mike, which was much admired, was made and proc, tiled by Mrs L. Goldfinch, of Havelock North. The bridegroom's presents to the bridesmaids were pearl necklets and a ring respectively.
