The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: — Indications are for southerly winds moderate to strong, squally a( times. The weather appears likely to ho cloudy and unsettled; rain probable. The night will probably he very cold. The weather should improve soon. Barometer lias a rising tendency. Seas heavy swell, tides good.
