In the Supreme Court John Thomas Martin, farmer, of Stratford, was sentenced to six months’ hard labour for being drunk while driving a motor ear and causing the death of ; i youth named Brattle at Stratford on March 18. If Marlin is a licensed driver, his license is to be suspended for the balance of the term, and no new license issued him for five years; if he is unlicensed, no license is to be issued to him for six years.
