SEQUEL TO FATAL MOTOR ACCIDENT. Auckland,- Last Night. in the Supreme Court, a claim by llenry John SauLbrev for £ISOO damages from Davis D. \\. Martin, medical practitioner and James Thomas Douce, architect, for the death of Ilis daughter, Airs Stevens, m it motor car accident at Ngaruawhia, concluded to-nighl. The jury returned a verdict that ihe accident was due to the negligence of AJLarlin and assessed damages at £OOO, and exonerated Douce. Alotion for judgment was deferred.
