Stripper tow: —Fourteen bales at Eoxton and 107 at Wellington were graded 2nd grade and 19 bales at Wellington were condemned, making a total of 140 ugainst 100 tor llu* same period last year.

Stripper Slips: —Thirteen bales a I Auckland were traded Ist grade Thirty one bales al Auckland, forty uj Foxton, seventeen at Wairoa. sixteen al Wellington, 21 at Blenheim and twenty six at Bluff were graded 2nd grade and eight bales al Foxton 3rd grade. Thirty bales ; ,( Blulf were passed for export and I went v eight bales at Auckland condemned, making a total of 233 bales ib against 48 for the same period last vear.
