BOXER BURGLAR.
GOODS WORTH THOUSANDS INVOLVED. Auckland, Last Night. Mike Flynn, a professional boxer, appeared in the Police Court this afternoon on a charge of breaking and entering Schneideman Bros.’ shop and stealing live fur coats and women’s clothing to the value of £274. Bail was applied for. Chief-Detective Cummings said accused was married, and was residing with his mother-in-law. Other charges involving several thousand pounds worth of goods were pending. Accused had given every assistance to the police, and a large quantity of goods had been i eeovered. Accused was admitted to bail of £SOO and ordered to report twice daily till his next appearance in Court on April 14th. A charge of receiving stolen goods, valued at £lO 10s from Robert Ileaton Munro, was preferred against Elsie Lovegrovo, aged 20. Chief-Detective Cummings said it was alleged accused had received part of the goods from. Sehneidoi,lan's. Mu nix was assisting in the recovery of the goods, and would appear in Court to-morrow morning. A'reused was remanded until m-xt Tuesday and allowed bail of £IOO.
