THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for Northerly winds strong to gale, and hacking by West to South. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled, with rain following. The barometer has a falling tendency. Seas rough, tides poor.
