HOCKEY CLUB DANCE.

A most successful dance was held by the Green Committee of the Hockey Club, in the Masonic Hall, on Thursday evening. There was a splendid attendance, between forty and fifty couples taking the Hour. Excellent music was supplied bv Messrs 11. George and I*. Graham .assisted by members of the Blue and White orchestra, with extras bv Messrs A. Walls and K. Mirini. Mr. M. E. Pen-can capably carried out the duties of M.C. Several novelty dances were held during the evening, the winners of the balloon dunce being Mr E. Cunningham and Miss McCauley.
