MONTHLY SITTING. The monthly sitting of the S.M. Court was held yesterday before Mr .). L. Stout, S.M. Joseph R. Bryant v. K. C. Boyle, £5 7- d, costs £1 13/0. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. J. O'Reilly was ordered to pay Barr and Tver the sum of £0 0/6, with costs 1 5/(5, forthwith, in default seven days’ imprisonment, warrant suspended so long as defendant pays 10/- per week. First payment on 2711 i March 1t)25.
