SCULLING CHAMPIONSHIP.
Tauranga, Last Night. Darcy Hadiield, ex-world’s champion oarsman, who is now to row p. Hannan, on Tauranga Harbour, on April 11, for the Australian sculling championship, arrived yesterday. He brought his racing boat with him, and commenced work at once. He has already been training about a month on the Waitemata. Hannan has been here some weeks, rowing dady. Both men are in line condition.
