IN PURSUANCE of Section 41 of “The Local Eelctions and Polls Act 19(18, I hereby give notice that a Poll of the ratepayers of the Borough of Foxton on the proposal to raise a loan of £1,500 for the purpose of erecting a Public Library, Reading Room, Rest Room, etc., will be taken on the ISth day of March, 1925, between the hours of 9 ii.m. and 7 p.m. at the Town Hall Supper-room, Avenue Road, Foxton. Rest-room, etc., on a site adjoining the Council Chambers, to raise a special loan of £1,500 at a rate of interest noL exceeding six per cent per annum, with a Sinking Mind not exceeding one per cent.
