CRICKET SCORE AGAINST VANCOUVER. Vancouver, February 18. At Victoria to-day, the All Blacks deseated a Vancouver Island team by 68 points (18 tries, seven of which were converted) to four (a dropped goal). The ground was of treacherous, slippery clay, wliereon Nepia found place-kicking almost impossible. Trere were live thousand spectators. The New Zealand team was: — Full back: Nepia; three-quarters Steel, Brown and Robilliard; fiveeighths: Cooke and Mill; half. Dailey ; forwards: Parker, Munro, Masters, West, Stewart, Whitej Cupples, McCleary. The Islanders were worn down by half-time. Walter Brynjollson dropped a goal from twenty-five yards in the second spell. Tries were scored in the first half by Brown (2), Steel, Dailey, Robilliard, Mill, West, and Cooke, the first, second and fourth of which were converted by Nepia. The scorers in the second half were Dailey, Robilliard ()3. Steel (2), Brown, Stewart, Parker, Munro. The second and third being converted by Steel, while Cooke added .the goals if or the seventh a,nd tenth. Paewai is disabled, suffering from slight pleurisy. McGregor dislocated his shoulder in Vancouver.
