HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated the 14th February, reads: — “Hemp, Manila market, dull and prices lower. ‘J’ grade March-May shipments quoted at £4B sellers. New Zealand market continues quiet with sellers quoted at high points £39 10/-, fair £37. February-April shipments.”
