A Communist meeting at Prague, t to protest ugainst the high cost of living, ended in a battle against the police. Eight civilians and 38 police were injured by revolver shots and stones respectively. Order was restored without recourse to the military. In one Hash of lightning there is sufficient electricity to supply electric light undertaking in London for eight minutes.
