Bacon Co. advertise February 2nd as the local trucking day and February 9th for Shannon. A special meeting of the Foxton Silver Band will be held in the practice room on Tuesday night, 3rd February at 7.30 o’clock. The Kiwi Bacon Factory advertise trucking dates as follows: Foxton February 9th and 23rd. Shannon, February 12th and 25th. Owing to unforseen circumstances A. N. Smith’s monster sale has been postponed a day, commencing - at 9 a.m. on Saturday of this week,-J instead of Friday as previously advertised.
