Mr lies, acting on beiiall ol the Company, is lilting applications lor tiie grant ol dam sites in llie Warden’s Court, at Cromwell. This is the third step in Lhe scheme which the Kawarau Company has in hand lor the mining ol the Kawarau, iShotover and jMolyneux rivers. The company’s agents are busily engaged in pegging oil the Molyneux river lor a considerable distance below Cromwell.
