HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioners cable, dated the 3rd inst., reads: “Hemp, Manila market, quiet over holidays but closed firmer. ‘J’ grade, Janu-arv-February shipment, sold at £56 10/- and value. New Zealand maiket quiet. Quotations unchanged.”
