BUSINESS NOTICES.
The Foxton Racing Club invites applications for the positions of gate-keepers, ticket-sellers, etc., at its forthcoming meeting in this issue. Trucking dates for the N.Z. Bacon Co. are advertised as Monday, January sth at Foxton, and Monday January 12th at Shannon. Notice is given in this issue that a special meeting of the Foxton Borough Council wll be held on Monday, January 10th at 7.30 p.m., for the purpose of fixng the statutory luilf-holiday for the year 1925.
