Serious allegations" have hteen made against the Raetihi hospital bv the parents of a child which died in the ns.titution after four "operations for appendicitis. They allege that the child did not receive proper attention, and was given most unsuitable diet. The members of the & board’took a serious view of the mutter and ordered an urgent inquiry.
