ACCIDENT AT MANGAHAO POWER-HOUSE.

CONTACT WITH LIVE WIRE. At the Power House at Mangaore on Thursday morning, a serious accident occurred when, as the result of coming in contact with a live overhead wire, a man named A. L. Williams, was severely burned, bis hands receiving most injury. He was attended jjy Dr Maekereth, of Shannon, who ordered his removal to the Palmerston North Hospital. It is understood that Mr Williams is not seriously injured.
