OBITUARY.
MRS? L. A. POD MORE. The death took place at her late residence, Coley St., Foxton, on Tuesday night, of Mrs Louisa Annie, wife of Mr C. H. Podtnore, aged 58 years. The late Mrs Podmore was horn in Essex, England, and came to New Zealand with relatives when 15 years otf age. She accompanied tor husband to Foxton about 22 years ago and has lived here since. Her health began to fail about two years ago and despite medical skill, complications set in which ended fatally. The late Mrs Podmore was held in high esteem by all with whom she was acquainted. She leaves a husband, three sons and a daughter to mourn the loss of a loving wife and devoted mother.
The interrnnyit took place in the Foxton cemetery to-day and was attended by a large number of mourners. The last rites were performed at the graveside by the Rev. W. H. Walton, vicar of All Saints’ Church.
