FOXTON CHORAL SOCIETY.
As announced in another column of this issue, the Choral Society will present its first programme at the Town Hall next Friday, December 12th, under the baton of Mr Harold Osborne. The Society will, on this occasion, be assisted by a number of artists, most of whom are entirely new to Foxton audiences. We can assure our readers that these soloists alone are well worth going to hear - , while the part sing ing of the Society, in those beautiful four part songs, “The Vikings,” “London Town,” “Merry Wind of the West," and “The Lee Shore,” will be an agreeable surprise to patrons. The chorus consists of close on 40 voices and the public of Foxton should not miss this musical treat. The Town Hall should be well hlied next Friday night. of admission are 3/- and 2/-, and 1/The complete programme will be advertised next Thursday,
