A few facts concerning' the merits of “PETERLINEUM” which is also known under the name “Carbolineum.” It enters the wood by its own action, driving out the sap, and preventing decay and dry rot. It is a deadly enemy of all insects and vermin life, making it most essential in tropical climates. It is economical in use, being applied hot with a brush or by immersion; one gallon covers from 30 to 50 square yards, no skilled labour being required. It gives to the wood a nice nut brown colour after it is dry.
