A reward of £1 is offered for the return of a lost sheep dog. For particulars, see advertisement. The Manawatu County Council are calling applications, to be received up till noon on Tuesday, 2nd December, for the position of guard on the Sanson-Foxton tramway.
The Moutoa Drainage Board gives notice in this issue that all rates unpaid on 15th December will have ten per cent added and he sued for without further notice. The highest grade furniture can now be purchased straight from the factory by the general public. See G. Skinner’s change of advertisement to-day. This firm’s show'rooms are always open to the public and you are welcome to inspect their stock.
The Official Liquidator of the Foxton Motor and Engineering Co. Ltd. (in liquidation) gives notie re debts and claims on the abovementioned company. Notice is also given that Mr Charles Edward Dempsy has been appointed official assignee. For further particulars see advertisement.
