RIFLE SHOOTING.
The first trophy shoot was held last . Saturday at 200 yards' range. The weather- conditions were ideal and good shooting resulted. Basil Head registered 48 off the rifle out of a possible of 50., The results are as follows: —^ B. Head 48, A. Johnson 47, W. Symons 44, H. Shimon 40, Rangi 33 A .Barnard (retired) 30.
