BAND CARNIVAL.
Miss Healev, the enterprising organiser for the Band Carnival, is getting steam up and Foxton and district arc in for some surprise packets. Competitions, amusements and stunts are promised that should centre interest in a deserving institution and place it on a sound foot:ig and so add to the attractiveness of our little town and the happiness of its people. The names of the Queen candidates are as yet a secret but they will he named and introduced to the public per medium of a good entertainment in the Town Hall a I an early date.
