THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: — The Indications arc for westerly winds, moderate to strong and veering by west to north. The weather appears likely to he cloudy and unsettled at times with scattered showers. The barometer has a rising tendency, but barometer falling again after about 30 hours. Seas rough, tides good swell.
